This is a coffee made up from dark shiny black beans with an oily surface and a pronounced bitterness. The important thing is that the darker the roast, the less acidity will be found in coffee beverage. Dark roast beans stay on machine for a longer time or at higher temperature so that beans will less caffeinated and more single note in flavor.
